  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 300 gram Apples
  • 2 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
  3. Core and slice the apples.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and olive oil.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
