  • 2 pound Sweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Rum
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and rum. Mix well.
  4. Add the sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
