Ingredients
  • 300 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the sweet potatoes, zucchini, onion, and garlic.
  2. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated vegetables.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
