Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, honey, and salt to the sweet potatoes and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
  7. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  8. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  9. Shape each piece into a roll and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let the rolls cool on a wire rack.
  12. Serve warm or at room temperature.
