Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 unit Garlic Clove
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the sweet potato patties as a side dish or as a vegetarian burger.
