Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 50 gram Chickpea flour
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chickpea flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Take a small portion of the sweet potato mixture and shape it into a patty.
  7. Place the patties in the frying pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the patties from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the sweet potato patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a burger patty.
