Ingredients
  • 400 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 200 gram Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 4 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small pieces.
  3. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, gluten-free flour blend, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a pie dish.
  6. Carefully transfer the dough to the pie dish and press it into the bottom and sides.
  7. Trim any excess dough from the edges.
  8. Place the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  10. Fill the pastry crust with your desired filling and bake according to the filling's instructions.
  11. Allow the pastry crust to cool completely before serving.
