Ingredients
  • 400 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 240 gram Chickpeas
  • 4 teaspoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Let the sweet potatoes cool, then peel and cut into chunks.
  4. In a food processor, combine the sweet potatoes, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and water.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  7. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  9. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
