Ingredients
  • 300 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Boil them until tender, then drain and mash.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, all-purpose flour, instant yeast, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading until a soft dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a rope.
  7. Tie each rope into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the knots rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
