Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 60 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
Instructions
  1. Grate the sweet potatoes using a box grater.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and maple syrup or honey.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the sweet potato mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Spoon the sweet potato mixture onto the pan, forming small fritters.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
