Ingredients
  • 250 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 200 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 4 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and microwave them for 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate, maple syrup, and coconut oil together.
  5. Add the melted chocolate mixture, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Transfer the batter to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
