Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
  3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Add the sautéed onion, garlic, and parsley to the mashed sweet potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the sweet potato balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
