Sweet Potato and Chestnut Fried Balls

Boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.

Roast the chestnuts and chop them finely.

In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, chopped chestnuts, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.

Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
