  • 4 cup Popped popcorn
  • 2 cup Rice cereal
  • 1 cup Pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn, rice cereal, pretzel sticks, roasted peanuts, dried cranberries, and mini chocolate chips.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the honey and coconut oil together in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the snack mix and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the snack mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt.
