Ingredients
  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Pistachios
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 cup Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and couscous. Cover and remove from heat. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine dates, pistachios, honey, and tahini.
  3. Fluff the couscous with a fork and transfer it to a serving dish.
  4. Pour the date and nut mixture over the couscous and mix well.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
