Ingredients
  • 1 cup Tapioca Pearls
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 sliced Bananas
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flakes
Instructions
  1. Soak tapioca pearls in water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pot, add soaked tapioca pearls, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until tapioca pearls are transparent.
  4. Add sliced bananas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the sweet coconut tapioca soup hot or cold, topped with coconut flakes.
