Grate the cauliflower head to make cauliflower rice.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well.

Add cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower rice is tender.
