Ingredients
  • 300 gram Bell Pepper
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Spring Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes, until they are slightly softened.
  4. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onion and parsley.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
