Ingredients
  • 1 cup Beet
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grate the beet and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the grated beet, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the walnuts. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
