Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
