  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, and onion.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger.
  3. Add the shredded vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix tomato ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and water.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
