Ingredients
  • 2 can Canned baked beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and crumble it into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, crumbled bacon, canned baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the beans are hot and bubbly.
  6. Let the baked beans rest for 10 minutes before serving.
