Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Grate the potatoes, onion, and red bell pepper.
  2. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, red bell pepper, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the potato mixture to the skillet and press it down firmly.
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Carefully flip the hash browns and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Drizzle maple syrup over the hash browns and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
