Ingredients
  • 400 gram Baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the baby carrots and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the honey, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  6. Add the cooked carrots to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are coated in the honey butter mixture.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot.
