  • 4 ounce Pretzels
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pretzels, almonds, cashews, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the melted coconut oil and mix well.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the pretzel mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the mixture is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
