Ingredients
  • 250 gram Beets
  • 200 gram Apple
  • 50 gram Red Onion
  • 60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 30 ml Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh Dill
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the beets and apple.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the grated beets, grated apple, and sliced red onion.
  5. Pour the dressing over the beet and apple mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Cover the bowl and let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh dill.
