Ingredients
  • 200 gram Rye flour
  • 100 gram Whole wheat flour
  • 50 gram Oat bran
  • 30 gram Sesame seeds
  • 30 gram Flaxseeds
  • 30 gram Sunflower seeds
  • 20 gram Poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rye flour, whole wheat flour, oat bran, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until the dough comes together.
  4. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin rectangle.
  5. Place the rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
  7. Allow the knackebrod to cool completely before serving.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
