  • 1.5 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
