Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll the balls in extra desiccated coconut to coat them evenly.
  6. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes to set.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
