Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 sprig Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Slice each potato into thin, even slices, being careful not to cut all the way through. Leave about 1/4 inch at the bottom intact.
  4. Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, making sure to get some oil in between the slices.
  6. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the potatoes.
  7. Place a fresh rosemary sprig on top of each potato.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
