Ingredients
  • 500 gram Swede
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the swede into small pieces.
  2. Boil the swede until it becomes soft.
  3. Drain the swede and let it cool.
  4. In a blender, combine the swede, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Blend until smooth.
