  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add spinach, broccoli, peas, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender. Add avocado, coconut milk, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the blended mixture to the pot and heat for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
