Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and green onions to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes, or until they are tender.
  5. Sprinkle black pepper and salt over the sweet potatoes and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
