Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Medjool dates
  • 100 gram Almonds
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 50 gram Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the dates, almonds, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  2. Add the dried cranberries and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  3. Roll the mixture into small truffle-sized balls.
  4. Roll each truffle in shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Place the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
