Ingredients
  • 4 piece Whole wheat tortilla
  • 8 tablespoon Hummus
  • 2 cup Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro, parsley)
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and chopping them.
  2. Mash the avocado and mix it with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds.
  4. Spread hummus on each tortilla.
  5. Layer the vegetables, avocado mixture, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh herbs on the tortillas.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Cut the wraps in half diagonally.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
