Ingredients
  • 2 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 1 ounce Walnuts
  • 4 tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion.
  5. Cut the avocado into cubes.
  6. Crumble the feta cheese.
  7. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  8. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, feta cheese, and walnuts.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to coat.
  10. Serve immediately.
