Ingredients
  • 2 piece Whole wheat pita bread
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 3 ounce Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 piece Bell peppers
  • 8 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slice Red onion
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pita bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pita bread.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and spinach leaves.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
