Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the doughnut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the doughnuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the doughnuts to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
  9. Optional: Dust the doughnuts with powdered sugar before serving.
