  • 500 gram Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and remove any yellowed leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the brussel sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
