Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the black beans, vegetable broth, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to blend the soup until smooth.
  5. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Serve the soup hot, topped with diced avocado and crushed tortilla chips.
