Ingredients
  • 16 slice Pickles
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
  3. Dip the pickle slices into the egg mixture, then coat them with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the coated pickle slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
