Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
