  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
