Ingredients
  • 4 slice Whole grain bread
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 1 sliced Cucumber
  • 1/4 sliced Red onion
  • 4 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 8 piece Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices.
  2. Spread avocado on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer tomato, cucumber, red onion, lettuce, and fresh basil leaves on top of the avocado.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
  6. Close the sandwich with another bread slice.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
