Ingredients
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
  4. Add the Kalamata olives and fresh basil.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
