Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Yellow Squash
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion) to the pan. Sauté until tender.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and basil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
