  • 2 cup Summer Squash
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 clove Garlic Clove
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 piece Hamburger Buns
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic cloves, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add summer squash to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the tomato, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until the flavors are well combined.
  4. Heat the hamburger buns on a separate skillet until toasted.
  5. Serve the summer squash mixture on the toasted buns. Enjoy!
