Ingredients
  • 2 cup Yellow squash
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced yellow squash, zucchini, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Sauté for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in fresh basil leaves.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
