  • 2 cup Summer squash
  • 1 cup Sweet pepper
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
