  • 8 ounce Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, cilantro)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh herbs.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
